We here at #StopTheStigma know that it can be difficult to talk about mental health, and we want to change that. We advocate for fairer policies regarding mental health and time off work, more funding for support services and ad campaigns to spread the word that mental health issues are nothing to be ashamed of.

What can I do to help?
